Key keeping service
Includes: Keep the house keys at ESC office, sign-off and sign-in the keys (who, when, what purpose) and inform customer without delay if damage detected.

Separate quotation if customer wants ESC to supervise deliveries to the house/work done by suppliers.
Gardening service
Includes: Water, trim and fertilize the plants, sweep pathways, tools and equipment

Pest control service
Includes: Scheduling the pest company visits to the house, inspections and spraying in- and outside the house, Inform customer if pest problem detected, give recommendation to prevent pest problem and archive pest control reports.

Payment service
Electricity and water bills, monthly fees, all other bills according to customer wishes, notify customer by email of CFA status
